PROJECT RISK MANAGEMENT

It is important to identify potential risks that would affect project launch, or cause an extreme delay, if they were to occur. The risk you identify with your team should be both relevant and realistic. You should identify what the risk is, the likelihood of the risk occurring, whether it is an acceptable risk, and what possible action could be taken to prevent or manage the risk.

MOTIVATIONAL SPEAKER

Everyone needs occasional motivation, if not constant. Les Brown is the best motivational speaker out there. After listening to one of his speeches you'll feel like you can take on the world, not to mention the 11 projects you're working on simultaneously. His speeches light a fire in you. Even the really old ones that look like they were filmed in the early 1980s are phenomenal. I don't know if it's the passion that just thrusts through when he speaks, or what. But man, you definitely need to get something of his and add it to your library. I promise you will be glad you did. You can check out his official website at www.lesbrown.com

ISSUES / STATUS LOG

It is a good idea to maintain some type of issues or status log. This will help you keep up with any issues that arise and the resolution status for these issues. Your issue log should include an Issue Number for reference purposes, a Description of the issue, the person responsible for getting the issue resolved or Owner, Date of Resolution, and the Status.
